Portfolio

Having worked in events for two decades, I have a vast portfolio of experience, I have looked back over the years and picked out some of my favourites to show you…

National Business Awards

I have delivered the National Business Awards for the majority of my corporate career. The event goes beyond its glittering awards ceremony at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane and was a showcase of a yearlong programme of events, content, judging, roundtables and virtual events. Attracting 1200 guests at the ceremony, my event responsibilities were an example of an end to end programme with the opportunity to work with such exciting speakers such as Buzz Aldrin, Captain Tim Peake, Sir Mo Farah, Dame Jessica Ennis Hill DBE and many more. I am a passionate believer in supporting SME business in the UK. I am now the proud organiser and owner of the British Business Excellence Awards and will continue to deliver my passion for business events and support SME’s and ensuring that diversity is instilled in the UK Business Landscape.

The Lexies Live

The Lexies Live was a brilliantly fun, bright and exciting event to deliver. This event was spread over 3 days for an internal company conference culminating in this internal awards ceremony. The event opened with dramatic LED drummers who performed a specifically designed opening by myself to include the company CEO to a dramatic entrance. The awards showcased the best of company talent by ensuring that each team member felt valued throughout the show. Hosted by the amazingly talented Russell Kane alongside a performance from the Sons of Pitches this event was like no other. This is most definitely the brightest event I have ever delivered!!

The Building Awards

This event was run in close partnership with Tom Broughton, Director of Assemble Media Group. This event celebrated all the avhievements of the construction industry and it was something to behold. This was an annual event but in this particular year we organised a surprise flash mob of 180 performers spread across the Great Room at The Grosvenor House Hotel with many instruments hidden under tables and a choir appearing on the balcony. This was continued by some fantastic comedy from Jo Caulfield and culminating in a spectacular vocal performance and hosting duties from James Nesbitt. Over the years this has been such an brilliant event to work on and I had the pleasure of working with James Corden, Rob Brydon and Jason Manford. Each event had many organisational demands and was truly a delight to work with the team on.
